ORDERING INFO
First and foremost; we are a shoe store, not an e-commerce business. We like to interact with our clients face to face and give them the best service and fitting we possibly can. But of course we also ship goods to anyone who appreciate our products.
Send us an e-mail at sales@skoaktiebolaget.se or call 0046 8 684 09 684 and we will advise you regarding fitting, styles, sizes and prices. We use PayPal for all online transactions.
Because we are a small shop, we do not always stock many pairs of each style and size, so please note that the pictures on the website is a display of the models we have had in stock, and they might have run out in your size. Some of our models are limited edition runs that we will not always restock.
VAT DEDUCTION 20%
We will deduct 20% from item prices listed on our web for those ordering from outside the EU. However, any customs fees and/or local taxes are the buyers responsibility.
SHIPPING
We ship globally with flat rates depending on where you live. We use Swedish Posten as our standard courier, for Express deliveries we use TNT. Shipping within Sweden is about 2 days, EU and Scandinavia about 5 days. Shipping worldwide about 5-15 days (2-4 days with express delivery).

Express delivery Worldwide - 900 SEK (delivery 2-4 days)
At this moment we do not accept mail orders under one pair of shoes or 2500 SEK (including shipping & handling).
RE-RUNS AND PLANNED NEW ARRIVALS
We will occasionally do re-runs of popular models. Please send us an e-mail sales@skoaktiebolaget.se if a pair of shoes that you like has run out in your size and we will put you on our waiting list. We can also put you on the waiting list if there's a model in the "Planned New Arrivals"-section that you are interested in. Please include model number and your UK size in the e-mail.

ORDERING POLICIES
A good fit is very important for us at Skoaktiebolaget. When you place an e-mail or telephone order we prefer it if you are familiar with your size in the brand you are interested in. If you are uncertain, please give us a call or e-mail us. We might decline an order rather than risk selling a pair of shoes that we are not sure will fit you well. All brands fit differently and sizing may vary between lasts and makers.
Please note that the colours on the website are not 100% accurate and may vary in real life. Shell Cordovan may vary in colour between different batches and this must be taken into consideration when ordering Shell Cordovan.
RETURN POLICIES
Returned shoes must be in an unworn condition. When trying the shoes on at the comfort of your home, please be cautious and do it on a soft carpet. Note that leather soles scratch easily and we will not accept returns when soles are scratched. Please note that Shell Cordovan creases easily, even after taking a single step, and we will not accept returns of creased Cordovan shoes. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Shipping cost will not be refunded back to the customer. Returns must be made within 15 days of delivery.
"MADE TO ORDER" PRODUCTS
A made to order shoe is a shoe made especially for you, following your specifications. It is only made as one unique pair. Therefore, we cannot accept returns or refunds on any made to order shoe or other made to order item (belts etc.). For all made-to-order shoes we request a 50% non-refundable deposit.
Delivery times for MTO and prices vary from maker to maker:
-Carmina Shoemaker 2-3 months, extra surcharge for MTO is +40% of base model
-Enzo Bonafé 2-3 months, extra surcharge for MTO is +15% of base model
-Edward Green 4-6 months, extra surcharge for MTO is 1750 SEK (1400 ex VAT)
-Gaziano & Girling 4-6 months, extra surcharge for MTO is 1200 SEK (960 ex VAT)
We will also accept Group MTOs. If you have a group of friends or colleagues who would like to create a certain model, we are happy to oblige. A minimum of six pairs (three for Bonafé) in any model/colour/last is required to do a “group” MTO. This way, we won't have to charge you the extra MTO surcharge. This service is available for all our brands.
